We are a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to helping youth and underserved communities develop swimming skills. Our mission is to support and provide financial resources for our competitive USA Swimming team, water safety, and our learn-to-swim program. Our vision is to empower BIPOC people and athletes to dismantle systemic swimming hurdles by fostering exposure to aquatic sports while supporting inclusion, accessibility, and elite swim coaching.

USA Swim Team
Our swim team, The Firebirds, is a registered USA Swimming team practicing in Raleigh, NC. We compete in all levels of USA sanctioned swim meets both locally and nationally. Please click here to learn more!
Water Safety Education
We believe that water safety education is just as important as learning how to swim. That’s why we offer a range of water safety classes and workshops to help children learn how to be safe in and around the water.
